After booking, you will receive an email or message with all the information about arrival and check-in. This includes, among other things, a link to our online check-in form. The identity details of all residents must be entered in this form. Furthermore, you will receive from us your personal PIN code, with which you can open the front door, and a 24/7 telephone number for your personal contact person on site.

Generally, you can check in anytime from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Should you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know in advance.

You can book with us for periods ranging from 4 days up to a maximum of 6 months. Incidentally, we offer particularly favorable rates for such long-term stays.

Basically, yes. However, this assumes that we do not have any other bookings during that period. This question comes up frequently, and we have often been able to fulfill the request.

The parking spaces are located directly on our property, right in front of the houses (approx. 10-20m from the front door).

Yes, we have plenty of space. Each house has 2 parking spaces suitable even for larger vans.

Additional costs only arise if you explicitly request interim cleaning or bed linen changes. Everything else is completely included in the price.

The rental deposit for direct bookings and longer stays is €200.
