On which platforms can we book your accommodation?

We are represented on all common platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com , VRBO, Google, etc.However, this incurs additional costs for both the tenant and the landlord, which is why we recommend booking through our website.

How does the check-in process work?

Accepted Answer

After booking, you will receive an email or message with all the information about arrival and check-in.This includes, among other things, a link to our online check-in form. The identity details of all residents must be entered in this form.Furthermore, you will receive from us your personal PIN code, with which you can open the front door, and a 24/7 telephone number for your personal contact person on site.

What if I need accommodation very spontaneously, even today?

Feel free to ask.Provided we have available capacity, you can also arrive at very short notice.

From what time can we check in and by what time do we have to check out?

Accepted Answer

Generally, you can check in anytime from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.Should you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know in advance.

What is the maximum rental period we can expect from you?

Accepted Answer

You can book with us for periods ranging from 4 days up to a maximum of 6 months.Incidentally, we offer particularly favorable rates for such long-term stays.

Is it possible to extend the stay spontaneously?

Accepted Answer

Basically, yes.However, this assumes that we do not have any other bookings during that period.This question comes up frequently, and we have often been able to fulfill the request.

Can the residents change during the rental period?

Accepted Answer

Yes.However, we kindly ask that you inform us of this beforehand and provide us with the personal data of the new residents.

Where are the parking spaces located?

Accepted Answer

The parking spaces are located directly on our property, right in front of the houses (approx. 10-20m from the front door).

Are the parking spaces also suitable for larger vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have plenty of space.Each house has 2 parking spaces suitable even for larger vans.

What additional costs will we incur during the rental period?

Accepted Answer

Additional costs only arise if you explicitly request interim cleaning or bed linen changes.Everything else is completely included in the price.

Is a rental deposit required?

Accepted Answer

The rental deposit for direct bookings and longer stays is €200.
