Our houses were completed in 2023 and designed and optimized from the outset for rental to tradespeople, project teams, business travelers, and companies. All necessary permits are in place, so you as a tenant can avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Our concept is truly unique in the entire region - a complete residential complex consisting of three new, interconnected single-family houses built to the highest standards, designed and optimized as temporary company accommodation.
Each house offers up to 5 rooms for workers, accommodating a maximum of 7 people, all equipped with single beds (box spring), smart TV, desk and wardrobes.
Each of the two single rooms in the house also has its own balcony.
Each house has two modern bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the open living and dining area.
A washing machine is located separately in the utility room, so that the well-deserved peace and quiet in the house is not disturbed by its operation.
There are two private parking spaces directly in front of each house, suitable even for larger vehicles.
Fast Wi-Fi is included in the price.
In the evenings, your employees can, for example, barbecue in the garden or on the terrace and enjoy their evening.
The location is quiet, yet central. The Volkswagen main plant, shops, highways, train stations, petrol stations, etc. are all reachable within 10 minutes.
